Education and Experience:

Graduated in Bachelor of Building Science (B.Bsc) and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), Panjab University in First Division. Portfolio showcasing chronological architectural work from first semester till eighth semester.

Thesis completed in ninth semester (Aug-Dec 2021) showcasing design of Cultural and Entertainment Center in Sector 17 Chandigarh with special focus on climate responsive strategy while in compliance with existing heritage building typology and aesthetic legislation.

Underwent student training under Dr. Ashok Kumar, Chief Outstanding Scientist, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - Central Building Research Institute (CSIR-CBRI), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and authored two research papers:


(1) Integration of indigenous low carbon technologies with novel low energy mass housing in Ladakh (U.T.) - Design of energy efficient E.W.S. housing for the economically weaker section in cold and arid mountainous regions of India. Proposed typology displays original functionalities as well as those of vernacular architecture in amalgamation to result in a low energy structure, ready for sustained climate responsive performance.

(2) Schematic Design and Analysis of Underground Food Stock Storage Structure for Armed Forces in Mountainous Regions of India - BIM design development and energy and life cycle analysis of underground vegetable storage for logistical cost reduction of food stock transported for the Indian army in Ladakh region. Design is a second iteration of vegetable storage earlier developed by DIHAR, DRDO (2011), study focuses on increase of vegetable shelf life and storage capacity.

Completed Environmental Management course (A Grade) at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. Worked as Project Assistant under Dr. T.V. Ramachandra at Energy and Wetlands Research Group (EWRG), Centre for Ecological Sciences (CES), Centre for Sustainable Technologies (CST), Centre for infrastructure, Sustainable Transportation and Urban Planning (CiSTUP), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Project titled; Environmental Impact Assessment for 4GW solar plant in Sambhar Region of Rajasthan, India

Thesis completed during Environmental Management Course:

Research documents presented at "LAKE" international research conference held at Indian Institute of Science where presented research paper won; Young Ecologist Award.

Delivered 2 QSR (Jammu and Mohali) and 1 dining (Panchkula) outlets for American Eatery Brand Super Donuts. Work included preliminary discussions with client, development of drawings and views, coordination during construction phase, communication between varying consultants
